Welcome to Fastify. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fastify mobile application (“App”) and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Fastify.

• Users under 18 must have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian

• Fastify is not intended for children under 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).
  
  

2. No Medical Advice

• Fastify is a wellness and lifestyle tool, not a medical service.

• Information provided in the App (fasting timers, reminders, meditation tools, educational content) is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

• Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fasting regimen, diet, or exercise program, especially if you have medical conditions or are taking medication.

• If you experience dizziness, fainting, or any health concerns while fasting, stop immediately and seek medical help.

By using Fastify, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.

• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Not misuse, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the App or its content.

• Not upload, share, or transmit harmful code, spam, or illegal material through the App.
  
  

4. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
  
  

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and designs of the App are owned by Fastify or its licensors.

• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

• The Fastify name, logo, and branding are protected under intellectual property laws.
  
  

6. Subscription and Payments (if applicable)

• Some features may require payment or subscription.

• All payments are handled through third-party providers (e.g., App Store, Google Play).

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the platform’s terms.

• We are not responsible for billing disputes — contact your app store directly.
  
  

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fastify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

• We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
  
  

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Fastify and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use (or inability to use) the App.

• This includes, but is not limited to, health outcomes, data loss, unauthorized access, or service interruptions.

• Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.
  
  

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• If you access the App outside the Philippines, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
  
  

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App or on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
